Franchi Brothers Auto Body was founded in Worcester, MA in 1936 Ermanto Franchi and his brother Joe Franchi. Robert Franchi, Sr., Ermanto's son, eventually took over the business and has passed it down to his children, Robert Franchi, Jr. & Karen Franchi.

Franchi Brothers now has a staff of 15, split between the body shop, the paint shop, detailing and the administrative areas of the business. The office manager and the voice on the phone is Rose Guzman, the office manager.
